About Me

I’m a native Lincolnite and have been married to my husband, Jim, since 1980.  We have 2 children, Andrew and Lara, and a dog named Lucy.

My interest include music, reading, gardening and exercising.  I also participate in my church choir.

Why did I become a REALTOR®?

Becoming a real estate agent was a natural progression from my previous life and work experience; but it also fulfilled a personal goal that I have had since my early 20’s. Beyond that I have a desire to treat my clients the way I want to be treated if I were in their position...with knowledge, professionalism, and compassion.

My parents, Jack and Marie Herbert, have been involved in residential construction and land development in Lincoln since the 1950's.

The home in these photos show my father and mother, and then Dad and myself in front of one of the first homes my Dad built in Lincoln.  They went on to develop and build well into the 1980's.

I credit them for much of my knowledge in construction, land development and real estate.  They continue to offer me support and inspiration.
